6. Revenue Control Tower™
Revenue Control Tower™ is a self-serve digital product and operating system designed to help SaaS founders diagnose growth issues, review metrics, and make better growth decisions.
It does not include personalized consulting, implementation, or guaranteed business outcomes unless expressly stated in writing.
Revenue Control Tower™ includes a 30-day money-back guarantee as stated on the product page or checkout page.
7. Growth System Audit
The Growth System Audit is an async expert review.
To complete the audit, you must submit the requested intake information, links, metrics, context, and supporting materials.
Delivery begins after all required intake materials are submitted. The standard delivery timeline is within 5 business days after receipt of required materials, unless otherwise stated.
The Growth System Audit provides expert review, diagnosis of likely growth leaks, prioritized recommendations, and a 30-day action plan. It does not guarantee a specific business result.
Because the Growth System Audit is personalized work, refunds are not available.
8. Growth System Diagnostic and Fractional Growth Leadership
Growth System Diagnostic and Fractional Growth Leadership engagements may require separate written agreements, scopes of work, proposals, statements of work, payment terms, confidentiality terms, deliverables, and timelines.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed agreement between you and Profit Pedal, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
9. Client Responsibilities
For audits, diagnostics, consulting, or fractional leadership work, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
You are responsible for:
- Providing access to requested information
- Ensuring you have permission to share materials
- Submitting accurate metrics and business context
- Reviewing deliverables
- Making business decisions
- Implementing recommendations
- Complying with applicable laws, platform rules, and industry requirements

Profit Pedal is not responsible for delays, incomplete work, reduced usefulness, or missed timelines caused by incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inaccessible client information.
10. Payment Terms
Prices are listed on the website or in written proposals.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you agree to the price, payment terms, and billing method shown at checkout or in the applicable agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, payments are due before delivery of digital products, audits, or consulting work begins.
Failure to pay may result in delayed delivery, paused work, or termination of access.
11. Refund Policy
Refund terms vary by offer.
Revenue Control Tower™ and Digital Products
Revenue Control Tower™ includes a 30-day money-back guarantee as stated on the product page or checkout page. Refund terms for any other digital products are governed by the refund policy shown on the relevant product page or checkout page.

Consulting or Fractional Engagements
Refunds, credits, cancellation terms, and deliverable guarantees for consulting or fractional leadership engagements are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, or written agreement.
If no specific refund policy is stated, payments are non-refundable once work has started.
12. Scheduling, Delivery, and Delays
Delivery timelines depend on the offer purchased.
For async audits, delivery timelines begin after all required intake information has been submitted.
For consulting or fractional engagements, timelines may depend on scheduling, access, client responsiveness, stakeholder availability, and implementation capacity.
Profit Pedal is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete intake forms, missing access, delayed approvals, unavailable stakeholders, or client-side implementation constraints.
13. Confidentiality
Profit Pedal treats client business information, audit intake materials, and engagement materials as confidential unless they are already public, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source, or approved for disclosure.
Mutual NDAs are standard for consulting, diagnostic, audit, and fractional leadership engagements.
You agree not to submit passwords, private keys, sensitive personal information, regulated data, or information you are not authorized to share.
