1) What happens during the free Growth System Review?

A 15-minute fit and readiness call for SaaS teams evaluating work in the next 30–60 days. We align on goals, confirm metrics access, and decide next steps.

2) What size companies do you work with?

We work with B2B and B2C SaaS companies currently generating up to $5M in ARR. At this stage, implementing disciplined systems for acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention delivers the greatest impact.

3) What is your availability?

Limited new starts per quarter. If we’re at capacity, we’ll offer a waitlist or refer a trusted partner.

4) Where are you based? Do you work internationally?

U.S.-based, remote. We work across North America, Europe, and select global markets.

5) Do you offer execution or just strategy?

Both. Engage us for fractional leadership, and add the Growth Delivery Team for hands-on execution.

6) What role do you play on the team?

Fractional Chief Growth Officer. We own the growth model, lead the cadence, align teams, and make decisions tied to revenue and payback.

7) Will you work with our existing team or replace them?

We accelerate your team. We don’t replace them.

8) Can you help if we already have a CMO, Head of Growth, or advisor?

Yes. We integrate with existing leaders to accelerate initiatives without overlap.

9) How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

Agencies optimize campaigns. We lead growth as an executive function across the full customer journey, with incentives tied to activation, conversion, revenue, retention, and CAC payback, not spend.

10) How fast will we see results?

Most clients ship their first test within 10 days. Many see measurable lift in 60–90 days.

11) How do you define success?

Activation, Free-to-Paid, SQLs, Win Rate, ARPPU, LTV, NRR, and CAC payback, tracked against targets we set together.

12) What if our goals change mid-project?

We revisit priorities on a regular cadence and adjust the roadmap. You always know what we’re focused on and why.

13) Are results guaranteed?

We can’t promise specific revenue numbers. We do guarantee agreed deliverables. If we miss a milestone and you have met your responsibilities, we will complete that milestone at no further cost within 10 business days. If it is still not met after that extension, you may stop the engagement, receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused fees, and keep all completed work and IP.

14) Is our work together confidential?

Yes. Mutual NDA by default. Case studies anonymized. Access is limited and revoked at offboarding.

15) What happens at the end of an engagement?

You keep everything: dashboards, roadmaps, experiment data, documentation. We offboard cleanly and ensure continuity.

16) Can you help us prepare for fundraising or acquisition?

Yes. We build investor-ready growth models, strengthen performance for diligence, and align the story to valuation goals.
